洋浦国际船舶代理有限公司（简称洋浦船代）成立于2005年7月20日，是经由中华人民共和国交通部批准设立的在洋浦地区的船舶代理机构。
洋浦船代共设有船务部、财务部、综合部等3个业务科室，拥有一支由16名员工组成的高素质的代理专业队伍。

Yangpu port(position: 19.44N, 109.12E), located in northwest coastline of Hainan island, P.R.China, is one of the best merchants port with natural conditions in Pacific coast. With its plenty natural-advantages, Chinese central government has taken great strategic steps in Yangpu shipping developments. Since its prominent status in shipping, currently it is holding the first level national opening port for international vessels since its opening on June 20th.1990. Yangpu gulf is outstanding as its natural deep-water channel, natural wind-preventing and long-used coastline for shipping businesses. Under the fast and convenient transportations, Ynagpu is connected with the closest reach point of Chinese southern parts to Asian countries.
Yangpu Global Ocean Shipping Agency (GOSA YANGPU), established on July 20th.2005 after the contract completion with Penavico headquarters,is invested by SDIC Yangpu Port under holding major share. Originally we have a group of well-trained staff from former PENAVICO Company. Under our outstanding relationships with port-control, customs-officials, quarantine-officials, immigration-office and other related parties, we have obtained major shipping agent business in the port of Jinhai quay and Hainan LNG terminal.
GOSA Yangpu Main business scope:shipping agent;forwarding agent and Customs Declaration. the main goods are:wood chip,wood pulp,coal,calcite,industrial salt,container,LNG and hazardous chemical substance.We have presented our perfect & sophisticated services as local and protective agent nominated by COSCO, NYK, MOL,KLINE, LBH CHINA OCEAN WAY etc.
GOSA Yangpu has three departments, Shipping Dept. Accounting Dept and Colligating Dept, all which are operated under the supervisions of SDIC Yangpu port authority. Our managing staffs are from the board of directors of SDIC Yangpu port with decades of shipping businesses and experience.
